⚠️ Important: By using ManifestStory, you acknowledge that this service provides personalized storytelling content only. We make no guarantees of any kind regarding results, outcomes, or the effectiveness of manifestation practices. Please read Section 7 carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ManifestStory (the "Service"), operated by Pivot Point Media Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of ManifestStory.
2. Description of Service
ManifestStory is a subscription-based platform that generates personalized AI-powered bedtime stories based on user-submitted personal goals and intentions. Stories are narrated using text-to-speech technology and delivered as audio files. The Service is intended for personal entertainment, relaxation, and motivational purposes only.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Plans
ManifestStory offers the following subscription tiers: Awaken (free), Manifest, Transform, and Transform Family. Pricing and features for each plan are described on the Pricing page.
4.2 Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers
4.3 Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or by contacting us
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- We offer refunds at our sole discretion. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 7 days of your most recent charge at info@pivotpointstrat.com
- We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ManifestStory to:
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful content as personal intentions
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its outputs at scale
- Use automated tools to generate stories beyond your plan's limits
- Resell or commercially distribute generated content without written consent
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual
6. Intellectual Property
ManifestStory and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Pivot Point Media Holdings LLC. The stories generated by the Service are created uniquely for you based on your inputs. You retain a personal, non-commercial license to use your generated stories for personal listening purposes only.
The ManifestStory name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of Pivot Point Media Holdings LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.
7. No Guarantee of Results — Important Disclaimer
MANIFESTSTORY MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MANIFESTATION PRACTICES, THE ACHIEVEMENT OF ANY PERSONAL GOALS, OR ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOMES FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
- Results may vary significantly from person to person. Individual outcomes depend on numerous factors entirely outside our control, including but not limited to personal effort, circumstances, mindset, and external conditions.
- We do not accept responsibility for any financial, personal, emotional, professional, or other decisions made in reliance on content generated by the Service.
- ManifestStory is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or life coaching advice. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, please seek qualified professional support.
- The manifestation concepts referenced in our content are drawn from self-help literature and are provided for inspirational and entertainment purposes only. We make no scientific claims regarding their efficacy.
- Stories generated are fictional narratives. Any resemblance to real events, outcomes, or actual achievements is coincidental and not a prediction or promise of future results.
BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT PIVOT POINT MEDIA HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY RESULTS OR LACK THEREOF.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIVOT POINT MEDIA HOLDINGS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

Your use of ManifestStory is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of ManifestStory after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Northern Virginia, Virginia.
